My 3-month Holistic Health & Fitness Programme is designed for perimenopausal women who need help in making positive changes to optimise their health and well-being during this transitional phase of their life.


This includes all aspects of health, fitness and your personal well-being.

The Programme includes:

  • A 40 minutes initial in-person consultation.

  • 6 in-person PT sessions (2 a month).

  • A personalised fitness plan to track progress (available as an online document).

  • Weekly support via Whatsapp and/or phone calls.

  • A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.

  • Access to the latest research on women's health: books, article, podcasts.

  • Additional PT sessions available - you will get priority booking.



By the end of the Programme you will:

  • Have a full understanding of the capabilities of your body and what exercise is right for you during this transactional phase of your life.

  • Learn correct strength training form and technique.

  • Be in control of health issues/concerns/injuries with a clear action plan.

  • Feel empowered, energised and confident to make positive decisions for yourself around health and fitness.

  • Improve your relationship with food and increase knowledge on the role of supplements and HRT. Reduce symptoms such as bloating, weight gain, low mood etc.

  • Learn how to be in better sync with the natural ebbs and flows of your hormonal landscape.

  • Improve sleep, stress resilience, work/life balance.



Fees
