Holistic Health Programme

My 3 month Holistic Health Programme is designed for women who need help to make positive changes to optimise their health and well-being.


This includes all aspects of health, fitness and your personal well-being.


The Programme includes:

  • 3 monthly appointments with expert advice to focus on what you need help with

  • A strategic action plan to initiate the changes that you would like to make

  • Weekly coaching support via Whatsapp

  • A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan

  • An online planner to record and share progress with me

  • Additional PT sessions available - you will get priority booking



By the end of the Programme you will:

  • Have a full understanding of the capabilites of your body and what exercise is right for you

  • Feel empowered and confident to make positive decisions for yourself around health and fitness

  • Improve your relationship with food and increased knowledge on the role of supplements

  • Have a kinder and more positive body image and appreciation

  • Learn how to be in better sync with the natural ebbs and flows of your hormonal landscape

  • Be in control of health issues/concerns/injuries with a clear action plan

  • Be on track to feeling stronger and fitter


Fees

The total cost is £480 - to be paid on first consulation.
