Strong at Home/Gym Programme



This 4-week programme will provide you with a bespoke and long-term strength training programme for either at home or the gym.


Build confidence, master strength training, and develop a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle— whether you prefer training at home or in a commercial gym.


This 4-week programme is designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and support to train safely and effectively, creating sustainable habits that continue long after the programme ends.


What's Included

  1. Two 1-to-1 coaching sessions at my private fitness studio, where you'll learn correct lifting technique, movement patterns, and how to lift weights safely and confidently.

  2. A bespoke strength training programme tailored to your goals, experience, and training environment. Your programme is delivered through an easy-to-use online planner, accessible from any device, allowing us both to view, update, and track your progress throughout the four weeks.

  3. Home gym equipment guidance with recommendations on the essential kit to suit your budget, including trusted suppliers, so you can create an effective training space at home if that's your preferred option.

  4. Weekly coaching support via WhatsApp and/or scheduled phone calls to answer questions, keep you motivated, and help you stay on track.

  5. Nutrition review and food diary analysis to identify practical improvements that support your training, recovery, energy levels, and overall health. Including a review of supplements.

  6. Priority booking for future coaching and check-in sessions (£55 per hour), ensuring ongoing support whenever you need it.

  7. Useful resources that are relevant to your strength journey e.g. recommended books, articles and podcasts.


Programme Outcomes

By the end of the programme you will:

  • Feel confident using weights safely and with correct technique on the 6 fundamental movement patterns of strength training, and in particular the variations that suit you.

  • Have a personalised strength programme you can continue independently.

  • Understand how to progress your training to achieve long-term results.

  • Develop consistent exercise habits that fit your lifestyle.

  • Improve your knowledge of nutrition to support strength, recovery, and performance.

  • Be able to track your progress and measure improvements over time.

  • Leave with the confidence and skills to continue your strength journey with clarity and purpose.


Fee: £250
