Perimenopause is a transformative stage in a woman’s life. Hormonal fluctuations can affect mood, energy, sleep, metabolism, and weight. This 4-week interactive course combines learning on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to help you thrive through this time of transition.
By the end of the course, you can expect the following outcomes:
An understanding of perimenopause hormonal changes and symptom management
Nutrition strategies for energy, weight, and hormone support
Confidence in exercising safely and effectively
Explore HRT and supplement options with guidance and insight
Create a sustainable long-term health and fitness plan to navigate through perimenopause and beyond
Have the option of being part of an online support group with other participants
