✨ Variety in your exercise programme allows the body to adapt to many different and changing demands - it quite literally keeps you on your toes!
✨ Variety is the spice of life and particularly in health and fitness. Just like a diversity of fruit and vegetables is good for you - so is a range of different activities.
✨ Trying new things challenges your body on a consistent basis and to overcome a plateau. Plus it’s great for boosting endorphins and a positive mental attitude 😀
✨ Aim to shake it up a bit and don’t be afraid to try new things - I’m not really built for kick boxing but I was inspired by my cousin to give it a go and it’s a great new addition to my routine.
The most important thing is to get SOME exercise 👏
