Loving Lizard Pose!


Lizard stretch is an awesome hip opener - great for runners or anyone wanting a superb stretch for the hips & hamstrings. It also:


- Strengthens the inner thigh muscles on the front leg.

- Opens and releases the chest, shoulders and neck.

- Prepares the body for deeper hip openers such as Pigeon Pose and splits.


⚡️ If you haven’t tried this before keep your forearms off the mat and ease down onto forearms when your ready.

⚡️Try and bring front foot onto its outer edge.

⚡️Use your breath - going deeper into the stretch in an out breath, releasing any tension.

⚡️Keep spine long and gaze forward and down.
