About Me

My Ethos

I am passionate about all aspects of women's health, especially the benefits of a personalised strength training programme. My aim is to teach women to lift weights properly so they can experience all the many benefits.

​

I believe that the right training programme can benefit women of as all ages through confidence-building, a better understanding of their physical capabilities, and establishing a healthy relationship with their body.

​

My Qualifications & Experience

I am a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer and hold a MSc degree. I am fully insured and a member of CIMSPA, REPS & UK Coaching. I am also a qualified GP Exercise Referral Practitioner, have CPD training in suspension training (TRX), bodyweight exercises and Kettlebells.

I have a wealth of women's health coaching experience to advise, empower and motivate on all aspects of health and well-being

My Services

I specialise in developing tailor-made holistic programmes to promote long-term positive physical and mental well-being. Especially for women in peri-menopause and post-menopause years. 

 

This includes helping my clients to develop the skills and mindset to create a sustainable and personalised relationship with exercise.

I address all the key components of health and fitness from skills-related activities to improving mental and physical strength, stability, mobility, flexibility as well as cardio strength and endurance.
 

My Studio

I have my own fitness studio which is well-equipped with a wide range of equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals in a safe, welcoming, clean and private space.

Train with Me

I specialise in 1-2-1 strength training sessions for women and also offer a Strong at Home Programme, Gym Programmes, Group Sessions, Online Sessions, and Women's Health Programmes.

 

My training and coaching methods are grounded in sports science, academic study and years' of experience working with women. I am committed to ensuring that my clients achieve and exceed their health and fitness goals, and establish new healthy habits to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing. Click here to read my client testimonials.

Group Sessions

I offer 1-5 outdoor strength sessions at my home on Monday lunchtimes on a first come first served basis.

​

I also have a programme of Zoom strength sessions.

​

Both options are £15 or £10 for regular clients.
